TekniPlex names new chief financial officer

Wayne, Pa. (September 2, 2021) – Chuck Pfister has been named the new chief financial officer at TekniPlex.
Pfister brings over 30 years of executive management experience to the organization having served in various financial leadership roles at a number of national and global companies.
He most recently served as CFO and senior vice president of finance at Alphabroder Holdings, Inc. in Philadelphia. Pfister also held leadership roles at TricorBraun, St. Louis; Kohl’s Incorporated, Milwaukee; and The Home Depot, Atlanta.
He played a significant role at these companies guiding initiatives related to P&L management, identifying and implementing process improvement and cost savings opportunities, internal and external audit, and purchasing in high volume, rapid-growing global environments.
“Chuck has created programs that have delivered millions of dollars of savings through process improvement, cost out initiatives and procurement strategies for his previous companies,” Brenda Chamulak, president and CEO of TekniPlex said. “He is a proven leader and has led multiple transactions including a highly successful sale of a company to a private equity sponsor. Pfister received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign in 1987. He also became a Certified Public Accountant in 1989.
