American Securities completes acquisition of Tekni-Plex, Inc.

December 13, 2013 - Tekni-Plex, Inc. and American Securities LLC today announced that they have completed the acquisition of Tekni-Plex through a merger of an affiliate of American Securities, LLC with and into Tekni-Plex, Inc.
