Multilayer Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) Tubing

Our Biopath™ product line was specifically formulated to address the problems and limitations associated with existing medical grade thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) tubing. By utilizing a non-PVC outer layer, we are able to provide a superior medical tubing product at a competitive price that is solvent bondable and can withstand EtO & gamma sterilization. The TPU inner layer can be configured to achieve the desired stiffness required for your product line.

These tubes are non-PVC and contain no plasticizers, yet offer many of the benefits of our PVC tubing.  These include clarity, solvent bondable, EtO and gamma sterilization resistance, and USP Class VI. Other product benefits include chemical resistance and compatibility with a wide range of operating temperatures.
