TekniPlex completes the acquisition of Gallazzi’s Italian Pharma Blister Film and Adhesive Tape Substrate Film Businesses

Erembodegem, Belgium, May 01, 2015 ‐ TekniPlex Europe NV is announcing today that the acquisition of Gallazzi’s Italian‐based pharmaceutical blister film (Tradate, Varese, Lombardia) and adhesive tape substrate film (Gallarate, Varese, Lombardia) businesses has been completed effective today.

TekniPlex will continue to operate the acquired businesses using the same plants, equipment, formulations, procedures and certifications with no change to the products produced for customers. TekniPlex will operate the acquired businesses through its subsidiary, TekniPlex Gallazzi Srl.
