Available in reinforced all-over coated, non-reinforced all-over coated, and pattern-coated varieties, our coated papers are designed for various applications, including packaging and labeling. Our coatings seal to a wide variety of flexible and rigid films and are compatible with multiple paper grades. High-performance coated papers are ideal for high volume applications.

Reinforced Coated Paper

TekniPlex Healthcare offers a wide variety of custom-formulated coated papers that are available in five common weights with multiple coating options: 74lb, 70 lb, 52 lb, 50 lb, 43 lb. Our new HPC74 reinforced paper lineup is our strongest and most versatile and robust solution. The heat seal-coated paper has the highest puncture and tear strength of all our reinforced papers.
