Introduction

We produce multilayer and multi-lumen tubing and offer a range of value-added options, including tapered, striped, thermally coiled paratubing, and special profile products.
TekniPlex Healthcare is an expert in manufacturing medical-grade tubing in a wide variety of configurations, polymers, grades, and durometers. In addition to our expertise with PVC, our solutions extend into other polymers and coextrusions commonly used in single-use medical device applications. These include polyolefins, such as polypropylene and polyethylene, thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs), thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). Our coextrusions of polyolefin-lined PVC tubes are world-renowned for medical gas and fluid transmission applications.
