The entire production of our single and multi-dose containers takes place in controlled contamination environments in class ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms in accordance with ISO standard 14644-1. Our flexible range of Pentafill® machines is suitable for a wide variety of customer requirements, from industrial or smaller-scale products to lab tests or research and/or development activities. - injection molding advantages
As compared to blow, fill, seal containers, injection molding creates a smooth orifice with no burrs, flashes, or sharp edges. This enables safe dispensing near delicate areas such as eyes or mucous membranes.
