Meeting the Industries’ Specific Needs

Medical and pharmaceutical

Medical and pharmaceutical packaging applications require a deep understanding of their requirements. We work closely with our clients to understand those requirements and develop customized sterile packaging solutions that meet their needs.

Sterile

These cleanroom bags are specifically designed to keep medical supplies clean and safe from contamination, as well as providing antiseptic protection. These can be sterilized by our partners with Gamma irradiation or X-Ray and include associated certifications.

Pharma grade

Our polyethylene cleanroom bags, sheets, film and tube are made of Pharmacopoeia LDPE resins, making them suitable for medical packaging, including a wide range of pharmaceutical packaging products — from tablets and capsules to injectables and medical devices.

Electronic applications have specific needs

Antistatic packaging is particularly important in the semiconductor industry, where electronic devices and components are highly sensitive to ESD damage. It is also used in the packaging of other sensitive electronic devices, such as hard drives, memory chips, and other computer components. Antistatic packaging is essential to ensure that the electronic components are not damaged during transportation and storage.

ESD protection

Our antistatic packaging is designed to prevent the buildup of static electricity on the surface of the packaging, which can cause ESD damage. We use materials that have a low surface resistance, such as polyethylene, polypropylene or polyester. These materials dissipate any static charge that is generated, thereby protecting the electronic components inside.
