PROPRIETARY RIM TECHNOLOGY
We offer two unique, proprietary rim options to address film overwrapping materials and processes. The blunt tray flange can minimize the chance of overwrap film tears. Displacement of the cut edge is critical to product integrity through the supply chain.
ABSORBENT PADS
We can also provide pre-padded trays for added convenience at the packing line.

DROP-IN REPLACEMENT FOR PS TRAYS
Our PET processor trays serve as a drop-in alternative for PS foam trays in areas where legislative bans exist. No additional equipment capital investment is required. Our solutions allow for easy line changeover from one tray type to another – even when switching between PS foam and PET on the same packing line.
FAMILY LOOK
Three popular tray sizes are now available, featuring the same 8.5-inch by 6.52-inch footprint but with different depths: 3S (shallow, .82 inches), 3P (standard, 1.34 inches), or 3D (deep, 1.7 inches).
