Our custom plastic tubes and sticks are designed to meet the needs of food & beverage industry customers. Our ultra-high precision tubes and sticks are cut-to-length and extruded to meet high tolerances.

Cheese & food “spreader sticks” found in consumer snacks and dessert products

Sticks provided “cut-to-length”; Tubing in “wound” format: extruded to meet tight tolerances
Tube dimensions: ODs from 1.52mm up to 21.59mm
Multiple material options: PP, PE, PS, PCR and Bio-based Resins, TPE, Specialty Blends
Additional material options: NSF Certified; Food Grade Approved (FDA) Materials; UVprotection
Colors / Features: Clear/Natural; Solid/Opaque; Tinted/Shaded; Pantone-match; Texturing
Component offerings: Straight Cut; Angled Cut (15°/30°/45°); Cut/Coiled/Tied to Length
